2. Permitted Use

Pilot Car Load Board is intended for:

• Pilot car brokers posting legitimate oversize load escort jobs
• Pilot car drivers browsing and responding to available loads
• Professional communication between brokers and pilots regarding load details and scheduling

3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Fraudulent postings — posting loads that do not exist, with false pay rates, or with intentionally misleading details
• Identity fraud — creating accounts under false names, impersonating other companies, or using another person's phone number or credentials
• Spam and abuse — posting duplicate loads excessively, sending unsolicited messages, or using the platform for advertising unrelated services
• Harassment — any bullying, harassing, threatening, intimidating, or abusive behavior toward other users will not be tolerated
• Data collection — systematically retrieving data or other content from the Service to create or compile a collection, database, or directory without written permission
• Security circumvention — attempting to bypass, disable, or interfere with any security-related features of the Service
• Account manipulation — creating multiple accounts to evade suspensions, artificially inflate activity, or circumvent platform restrictions
• Illegal activity — using the platform to facilitate any activity that violates federal, state, or local laws

4. Community Standards

Users are expected to maintain professionalism and respect when interacting with others on the platform. Any bullying, harassing, or unsolicited repeated messages that contain harassing statements will not be tolerated. All communications should be relevant to pilot car load services.

5. Content Standards

All content posted to the Service must be accurate, lawful, and relevant to pilot car and oversize transport services. Users warrant that they have the right to post any content they submit. Content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful, insulting, intimidating, or threatening is prohibited.

6. Reporting Violations

If you encounter a user violating this policy, please report them to support@pilotcarloadboards.com with details of the violation including the user or company involved and a description of the behavior. We investigate all reports and take action as appropriate.

7. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

• Warning or temporary suspension of your account
• Permanent ban from the platform
• Removal of posted loads and content
• Notification to law enforcement if illegal activity is suspected

We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation and to take action at our sole discretion.

8. Changes

We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
